The elephant and the hare
wOnce upon a time,there lived a little elephant and a big hare.
They were very good friends.
They always went and played together.
wOne day, the hare asked the elephant.
"Who is bigger,between you and I?"
The little elephant was too shocked by this stupid question to say a word.
After a short time,he said to the hare.
"Are you kidding?"
"You are not as big as my wone leg."
But the hare went on,"That's not sure!"
"I think that I'm bigger than you."
"Why don't we judge by the humans?"
"That's good!" said the elephant.
They both agreed and went to the village.
When they reached the village, the hare said to the elephant.
"You go out first and show yourself to the villagers."
"Ok,I'll go out first."
The elephant went out confidently.
As the villagers saw the elephant, they cried out with joy.
"Look! Look at the elephant!"
"That's little and cute,isn't it?"
"Yeah, that's really little and cute."
The elephant was disappointed to hear that.
At that time, the hare quickly jumped out.
Upon seeing the hare,the villagers exclaimed.
"Look! Look at the hare!"
"That's a very big hare."
"What a big hare it is!"
"Yes,that's the biggest hare I've ever seen."
When the hare heard this,he turned to the elephant,
saying,"That's finished!"
"I'm very big and huge,but you're little and cute."
"So I'm bigger than you,right?"

The hare walked ahead proudly.
Then the elephant shouted,
"Get out of my way,or a little elephant will crush a huge hare!"

很久以前，有一頭小象和一只大野兔。
