        BEIJING, Nov. 4 -- Chinese authorities on Friday published a regulation on live streaming, ordering providers and releasers to obtain qualifications according to the rules.
            北京11月4日電 中國官方于本周五發(fā)布了直播規(guī)范,要求互聯(lián)網(wǎng)直播服務(wù)提供者和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)直播服務(wù)發(fā)布者根據(jù)條例獲得資質(zhì)。
            For online live streaming of news, service providers are obliged to censor content before releasing it, said the regulation from the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC).
            國家網(wǎng)信辦(CAC)發(fā)布的《規(guī)定》明確,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)直播服務(wù)提供者應(yīng)對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新聞信息直播及其互動內(nèi)容實(shí)施先審后發(fā)管理。
            Service providers should be well-staffed and have the technical ability to stop live streams immediately, according to the regulation, which takes effect on Dec. 1, 2016.
