    雅思口語：wild animal(squirrel)
     
    雅思口語考試結(jié)束，很多同學跟老師反映提到了wild animal。很多生活在城市的小朋友，真的很少見到wild animal，但是如果你不是完全的homebody，并且經(jīng)常進行一些親近大自然的活動，其實還是有機會跟wild animal親密接觸一下的。
    例如城市周邊的山上，會偶遇小松鼠之類的“萌物”或者比較驚悚的大蛇;如果跑到長白山，還可以看見東北神獸“傻狍子”;很多人問老鼠算不算wild animal，嗯…… 這個雖然沒有家養(yǎng)的耗子，不過我們?nèi)粘Ｄ芤姷降膽?yīng)該不算純野生的，畢竟偷的是人類的糧食…… 如果你真的曾經(jīng)去過非洲大草原或者放養(yǎng)的動物園，那么這種題目肯定難不倒你，不過為了照顧大部分同志們的感受，我們還是先舉一個可以發(fā)生在所有人身上的例子吧：
    I’d like to talk about the time I saw squirrels when I was going hiking in a mountain near my hometown.
    I was having a rest with my friends sitting on the ground, and one of them suddenly shouted, “Hey, check it out, a squirrel!” She pointed to a tree, and on a thick branch, there stood still a lovely fat little squirrel holding a huge pine cone.
    We were surprised to see that little creature, ‘cause we hardly ever see any wild animals like that, I mean, at least in my hometown.
    We were afraid that we would scare it off, so we walked quietly to the tree. And when we got closer, it just got cuter. I mean, we could see clearly that it’s got large sparkling eyes and bushy long tails. And its fur was fluffy and soft. And our guess was that she might be pregnant ‘cause her belly was really huge. And later, we saw another one on a nearby branch. We thought maybe they are a couple and they were storing food for the winter together.
    We didn’t take any nuts with us in our bags, all we had were chips and chocolate, so we didn’t feed them. And we just left them alone.
    But if it were 10 years ago, I would definitely catch them in a cage so that I could keep them as my pets, not now I believe wild animals are better off in the nature.
    對于wild animal話題，在雅思口語Part 3可能會問一些動物保護相關(guān)的問題，例如Do you think animals have feelings and rights? 或者Do you think there should be laws to protect the welfare for pets and farm animals? 或者更深入的問題，例如What do you think are some of the benefits to humans from protecting wild animals? 這么看來，wild animal話題不光是雅思口語Part 2的一個大坑，在Part 3還有更燒腦的問題等著大家，所以強烈建議大家提前準備一下思路和需要用到的素材，以防考場上被考官問哭。同志們加油!
