三、基本信息“缺胳膊少腿”
“你的出生年月寫在哪里?你的籍貫是哪里?你何時畢業(yè)?你的求職意向是什么?碩士應(yīng)屆生為何沒寫明本科教育經(jīng)歷?”
基本信息就像是人的四肢、五官,缺一不可。然而這些看似基礎(chǔ)的信息,卻頻頻被應(yīng)屆生遺漏。記者發(fā)現(xiàn),“馬大哈”們僅專注于實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、培訓(xùn)證書等閃光點(diǎn)的描述,而忽略了一些個人基本信息,特別是籍貫、年齡、求職意向這三項(xiàng)遺漏多,而一些公司對于畢業(yè)生的籍貫/戶口等非常關(guān)注。有畢業(yè)生甚至認(rèn)為,“我是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,就不用寫出生年月了”。另外一些碩士/博士畢業(yè)生則認(rèn)為“只需要寫高教育經(jīng)歷”,其實(shí),一般來說高中以后的教育經(jīng)歷,包括大專、本科、碩士等都必須詳細(xì)羅列。
四、信息過全暴露安全隱患
