    我按照媽媽的說的步驟去做。首先，我把煮好的米飯放到冰箱里冰幾個小時，你們知道我為什么要這樣做么？因為這樣炒出來就不會你粘我，我粘你了。然后我把我最喜歡吃的火腿腸切成一個一個的小肉粒，拉腸也是這樣切，然后在把二個雞蛋打在一個小碗里接著攪一攪，最后把蔥切成小小的，這時侯就可以下鍋了，先把鍋加熱，往鍋里放花生油?！班栲枧九尽钡捻懧曌屛蚁铝艘惶覇枊寢尀槭裁磿@樣呢？媽媽說“這是因為鍋里面有水，記的下一次沒水才放油?！苯又扬埖惯M去，在里面翻炒幾下，如果看飯粒都想跳出來的時侯這樣就可以把雞蛋倒進去了，炒幾下，最后加上蔥、醬油和鹽就大功告成了。
    我迫不及待的吃了一口，味道棒極了，我一定會繼續(xù)做蛋炒飯的！
