通過性和愛好問答，主考官可以初步判斷面試者性格特點否適合職位需要。性格外向人往往容易給人留下熱情活潑、思維敏捷但深沉印象，這類性格人在面試時說話節(jié)奏要適當(dāng)放慢，語言組織得當(dāng)，要注意給人以博學(xué)多才、見多識廣良好形象。性格內(nèi)向人則容易給人留下深沉余、反應(yīng)遲緩印象，在面試時，這類性格人要力爭積極回答，并就某重大觀點展開論述，以彌補自己性格足。
    興趣愛好助于工作勝任愉快，而且熱愛本職，從事專業(yè)崗位與自己興趣愛好相吻合也更利于出成果。
