Job Description:
• Own technical support for assigned accounts and distributors, including demonstration CY solution
• help customers to complete design, conduct CTW/training
• Own 10 projects
• Build-up design funnel
Required Skills:
• Has experience of using MCU(like Microchip, TI, Freescale, Renessas)in university period;
• Self-disciplined in the areas of communication, multi-tasking and time management;
• Need travel in East china territory.

Job Description:
1. Support sales & marketing team in all operational/ administrative requirements. Help regional manager to generate Sales reports, presentation etc.
2. Participate in driving the assigned sales branch/regional management goals, objectives and initiatives.
3. Coordinate all sorts of conferences like internal training, Distribution conference/Training, Regional Sales Summit etc.
4. Support accounts by providing basic customer service and order management duties.
5. Act as first customer interface on all operational issues e.g. new order booking, RMA, QA, credit discrepancy, expedite, delivery issues etc. Working with appropriate internal departments you will coordinate resolving operational service issues for assigned customers.
6. Manage customer’s daily RFQs by processing quotes promptly and accurately using quoting tool, respond to Customer and follow up on TURNS and BUY quotes to convert to Orders timely.
7. Support assigned back-up Customers when other team members are out of office.
8. Take other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
1. Service oriented attitude, superior interpersonal and communication skills. Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and complete.
2. Fluent oral and written English. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. Ability to drive closure with diverse personnel throughout the corporation.
4. Can work under pressure, possess positive attitude, be proactive, meticulous and a team player.
5. Attention to detail; Great follow-up skills; Working experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales
