二、招聘職位 運(yùn)營(yíng)專員 Commercial Operation Representative 職位描述: Nonda is looking for a details-oriented and results-driven commercial operation repsentative that can work autonomously tosupport all logistics operation and achieve 100% customer service satisfaction. This is an opportunity for those who want to be part of something big. Responsibilities: - Support logistics activities and customers issues - Assist customers primarily through Zendesk for all customer inquiries - Fulfill nonda’s commitment for 100% customer service satisfaction. - Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to optimize products - Handle shipping, re-stocking and returns through online systems Requirements: - Analytical thinking, able to solve new problem quickly. - Fast learner, never make same mistake twice. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Fluent in both written and verbal English
