    二、使用指南
    1. 一方為另一方主動(dòng)提拱幫助、服務(wù)或提供某物，對(duì)方不管是接受還是拒絕，通常都應(yīng)說(shuō)一聲Thank you。不過(guò)若不接受對(duì)方主動(dòng)提出的幫助，則通常會(huì)在 Thank you 之后再加上 all [just] the same (當(dāng)然不加也可以)。
    2. 當(dāng)主動(dòng)提出的幫助為對(duì)方所接受后，提供者在根據(jù)提供的內(nèi)容行事時(shí)， 一般不需再說(shuō)什么客套語(yǔ)。常見(jiàn)的情形是提供者面露笑容，或說(shuō) Here you are (比如：在為對(duì)方拿來(lái)食物或?yàn)閷?duì)方取來(lái)某物直接遞給對(duì)方時(shí)), 或說(shuō)There you are (比如：在為對(duì)方打開(kāi)窗戶或拿來(lái)某種不宜直接遞給的東西——如拿來(lái)椅子等時(shí))。
    3. 在中國(guó)，人們即使希望得到對(duì)方的幫助，也往往謙讓一番。因此，主動(dòng)提出幫忙的人只說(shuō)一次是不夠的。而在美國(guó)，主動(dòng)幫忙只會(huì)提出一次。因此，如果確實(shí)需要幫助時(shí)，千萬(wàn)不要客氣。一旦拒絕，就不要指望對(duì)方還會(huì)提出幫忙。而當(dāng)對(duì)方拒絕幫忙時(shí)，也不要再次提出。三、實(shí)戰(zhàn)對(duì)話
