Here is the story: One day, David and Paul saw a man talking in the phone box with a handkerchief over the phone. David thought it was strange. Paul also thought the man looked suspicious and suggested they follow him. They saw the man go into a building, but could not follow him because of a red light. When they entered the building, they wondered which floor the man had gone to. While Paul thought there was nothing they could do and decided to leave, David saw a paper plane on the ground. They unfolded it and saw on it‘ HELP!!! I've been kidnapped in Rm 1203'. They phoned the police at once and soon the police car arrived and the kidnapper was caught. The policeman praised David and Paul, saying they were both clever and brave.
I loved this comic strip because it showed though children are young, they could also help to stop crime in our city and keep it a safe place. I hoped to be as clever and brave as the two boys in the strip.

A Day as Mr Green
Every morning, Mr Green starts his day by taking a cold shower instead of a hot one. He does this because he wants to save both energy and water. Then, he goes to work by bus instead of car because he wants to save energy and help reduce pollution.
When he is at work, Mr Green re-uses envelopes and uses both sides of paper. He usually uses handkerchiefs instead of tissues too. He does this because it saves paper and saves trees.
Mr Green always remembers to switch off all the lights and the air conditioners when they are not needed. He does this because he wants to save energy.
After work, he goes to the supermarket and takes a bag with him. He does not use plastic bags because they do harm to the environment.
