    博世集團(tuán)是德國(guó)的工業(yè)企業(yè)之一，是世界的技術(shù)及服務(wù)供應(yīng)商。博世亞太研究院是跨學(xué)科的科學(xué)家組成的國(guó)際研究團(tuán)隊(duì)，主要負(fù)責(zé)前沿技術(shù)預(yù)研以及博世集團(tuán)未來(lái)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，目標(biāo)是為滿足在未來(lái)亞太市場(chǎng)對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)需求打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的科研基礎(chǔ)。博世亞太研究院在上海提供6個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)崗位。作為研究團(tuán)隊(duì)的一部分，這些實(shí)習(xí)崗位也將在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的創(chuàng)新解決方案中發(fā)揮重要的作用。
    Responsibilities:
    - Review of project requirements, survey available technologies, and check of feasibility regarding requirements and resources
    - Design and develop the algorithm for signal data processing and analysis
    - Fulfill the project goals on timing and quality
    - Document process and results during development, especially for the key milestones
    - Feedback process or problems timely, discuss and find solutions with team
    職責(zé)描述：
    - 分析項(xiàng)目需求，進(jìn)行相關(guān)可用技術(shù)的調(diào)研分析，并根據(jù)需求和資源進(jìn)行技術(shù)評(píng)估
    - 設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)用于信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)的處理和分析的算法
    - 規(guī)劃開發(fā)進(jìn)度，并能按計(jì)劃逐步完成開發(fā)工作
    - 記錄開發(fā)進(jìn)程及階段性成果，里程碑成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)匯報(bào)
    - 及時(shí)反饋開發(fā)進(jìn)度及遇到的問(wèn)題，與團(tuán)隊(duì)討論并尋找解決方案，并記錄
    Requirements:
    - Major in Computer Science, software engineering, electronic engineering, or relevant technical background
    - Solid knowledge in digital signal processing, experience of data filtering, classification and clustering algorithm preferred
    - Experiece in embedded system development project
    - Deep understanding of embedded real-time system development, include hardware, programming within C, C++
    - Strong system analytical capabilities preferred
    - Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wifi, Ethernet and relevant communication protocol preferred
    - Capability of plan work, record and summarize, good at finding and solving problems, good documentation and report skills.
    - Good communication skills, fluent English preferred
    - Self-dependent, highly motivated, and team work spirit
    能力需求：
    - 計(jì)算機(jī)，軟件工程，電子工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景
    - 具備扎實(shí)的數(shù)字信號(hào)處理知識(shí)，具備數(shù)據(jù)濾波，分類及聚類算法開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
    - 具備嵌入式系統(tǒng)開發(fā)相關(guān)的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)
    - 對(duì)嵌入式系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)有深入的理解和運(yùn)用，包括硬件及C, C++編程
    - 具備系統(tǒng)層面分析問(wèn)題的能力更佳
    - 了解數(shù)據(jù)通信技術(shù)者更佳，如藍(lán)牙、Wifi、以太網(wǎng)等
    - 能進(jìn)行工作規(guī)劃、記錄和總結(jié)，善于查找問(wèn)題及解決問(wèn)題，優(yōu)秀的文檔和匯報(bào)能力
    - 優(yōu)秀的交流能力，能流利英語(yǔ)交流者更佳
    - 獨(dú)立，積極主動(dòng)，同時(shí)具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
