作為PayPal的重要職能部門，PayPal中國客戶服務(wù)中心在增強(qiáng)客戶忠誠度、提高首次解決率、改善用戶體驗等方面一直發(fā)揮著積極作用，并曾被評選為佳呼叫中心。
主要職責(zé)：
• 為使用PayPal支付工具的客戶，提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的服務(wù)，維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系;
• 以電話、郵件等形式，恰當(dāng)處理客戶的咨詢及投訴等，并與其他部門同事合作，解決客戶問題;
• 發(fā)掘潛在客戶，推廣公司產(chǎn)品，建立新的客戶關(guān)系等其他工作
主要要求：
• 本科學(xué)歷，或以上
• 普通話、粵語、韓語、日語有一門或多門精通，語言使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且表達(dá)流利清晰
