崗位職責:
Job Description:
- 為客戶提供專業(yè)的外幣兌換交易
Handle foreign exchange transactions for customers at the store;
- 以積極進取的銷售態(tài)度來盡量提高店鋪盈利
Maximize store revenue by aggressive up-selling and cross-selling;
- 達到預定的銷售目標及提供優(yōu)質客戶服務
Meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service;
- 準確高效的處理現(xiàn)金業(yè)務
Achieve high level of accuracy of cash handling;
- 輪班、倒班制工作時間
Shift work is required.
崗位要求:
Requirements:
- 全日制大專以上學歷，英語，金融，財會或相關專業(yè)教育背景
Education background with English, Business accounting or related.
- 有較好的外語水平, 要求英語熟練
Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and English
- 以銷售為先并能達到團隊的目標
Sales-driven to achieve results with the team
- 性格外向、積極主動及細心
Self-motivated, attention to detail, outgoing personality
- 具備零售、客戶服務及銀行實習工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Related experience in retail / customer service / banking business
