Description
-Maintain close co-ordination with all departments ensuring effective communication at all times;
-Documentation on migrations;
-Managing itinerary of visitors;
-Prepare relevant briefing materials in advance of appointments and meetings;

-Monitor and follow up to ensure delegated tasks are completed as per agreed deadlines;
-Point of contact with all the internal departments - IT, support etc;

-Ability to independently correspond & communicate with all levels of management and staff;
-Excellent planning and organizing skills;
-Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of operational dynamics;
-Proven PC Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
-Must be able to work on own initiative but following guidance/instructions from VP;
-Must have good understanding of business issues and practices;
-Preferably having prior experience of working as a personal assistant;
-Must be able to support large teams.
