    工作職責(zé)：
    • 協(xié)助部門主管對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效的管理，包括提供服務(wù)建議書、策劃方案等等
    • 提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)并與客戶建立良好關(guān)系
    • 對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)地分析及可行性調(diào)研，為主管提供財(cái)務(wù)分析及建議
    • 收集市場信息及維護(hù)公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫
    • 關(guān)注房地產(chǎn)市場的變化，并定期撰寫市場投資報(bào)告
    • 工作涉及國內(nèi)或國際出差
    • 完成直屬上級交予的其他工作任務(wù)
    資歷要求：
    • 本科學(xué)歷或以上，房地產(chǎn)、金融投資專業(yè)或工商管理背景優(yōu)先考慮
    • 精通國語及英語，粵語流利更佳
    • 出色的人際交往及溝通能力
    • 優(yōu)良的調(diào)研及分析能力
    • 對工作和學(xué)習(xí)有較高熱情

    Key Accountabilities：
    • Support department head in project management by preparing transaction related documents including proposal, presentation, etc.
    • Provide superior service to clients and maintain good relationship
    • Conduct onsite research and feasible study on potential projects, able to provide financial analysis and recommendation to department head
    • Collect market information and maintain internal database
    • Monitor market conditions and produce market reports on regular basis
    • May need to travel nationally or internationally
    • Perform other job duties assigned by direct supervisor
    Requirements & Qualifications：
    • Minimum Bachelor degree; real estate, finance or business background is preferred
    • Proficiency in English & Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage
    • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skill
    • Possess strong ability in market research & analysis
    • Passionate & desire to learn
