2011年3月日本核電站事故后，中國(guó)的核能開發(fā)停了下來(lái)，中止審批新的核電站，并開展全國(guó)性的核安全檢查。到2012年10月，審批才又謹(jǐn)慎地恢復(fù)。
隨著技術(shù)和安全措施的改進(jìn)，發(fā)生事故的可能性完全可以降低到最低程度。換句話說(shuō)，核能是可以安全開發(fā)和利用的。

After the Japan's accidents in March 2011, the exploration of nuclear power has been suspended, including halting the examining and approving new nuclear power stations as well as safety inspection of all the nuclear stations in the country. The approval didn't recover until Octorber, 2012.
With the improvement of technology and safety arrangement, the possibilities of nuclear accidents could be reduced to the minimum degree. That is to say, nuclear power could be developed and utilized without accidents.
