    Associate Conference Producer助理行業(yè)分析員
    職位描述：We are seeking a highly motivated producer to develop top-level strategic business conferences. You will be responsible for programming and designing 3-4 highly profitable, large-scale conferences each year.
    Your primary responsibilities are:
    Conducting in-depth, massive research and analysis of key industries;
    Digesting primary and secondary sources of research information;
    Examining and identifying industry trends and issues;
    Developing your own senior advisory network on each event ;
    Identifying and inviting industry leaders to be the speakers;
    Working with our marketing teams to ensure the profitability of projects.
    Onsite execution of your events
    You will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and take the responsibility for the program from its inception to execution. Consequently, you are required to be well-organized and communicative, together with excellent interpersonal, research, and writing skills.
    In addition you have:
    Bachelor degree or above, University of “211” project will be preferred;
    Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese, CET-6 or above
    Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone;
    Self-motivated and ’Can Do’ attitude;
    Strong organization, management and coordination skills;

    助理行業(yè)分析員
    我們正在極力尋找一個(gè)能夠積極開拓高層戰(zhàn)略性商務(wù)會(huì)議的分析員。這個(gè)崗位主要致力于每年策劃3-4個(gè)利益可觀的大規(guī)模會(huì)議。具體工作如下：
    -在一些主要的行業(yè)中大量地開展深層次的調(diào)查和分析
    -挖掘搜集一些中初步的調(diào)查信息的資源
    -檢測判定一些行業(yè)的走向
    -對(duì)每場會(huì)議能夠做出有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)咨詢意見
    -篩選并邀請(qǐng)參會(huì)的領(lǐng)袖演講
    -與市場團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，確保每場會(huì)議的利潤
    這個(gè)崗位要求在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中工作。分析員將負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)議的準(zhǔn)備到開始這個(gè)階段的工作。這個(gè)崗位需要很好的組織能力和溝通能力，同時(shí)具備很好的協(xié)調(diào)好人際關(guān)系能力， 刻苦的鉆研精神和出色的寫作能力。
    要求：
    -本科以上學(xué)位
    -畢業(yè)于“211工程”大學(xué)者優(yōu)先
    -有良好的中英文讀寫能力,英語六級(jí)或以上
    -有良好的溝通技巧，能夠面對(duì)面或通過電話進(jìn)行很好的溝通
