職位描述：
-You will support HR and involve in HR role in your daily work
-Identify search universe
-Establish initial contacts and conduct candidate screening
-Maintain database
-You will contribute to the MGA system on a daily basis.
The Career Path:
-When you have consistently over achieved HR Target, you have chance to get a fulltime HR job, furthmore, during this period, if you prefer more aggressive work , you also have chance to join in our Business Team!
-If you decide to be a good consultant, you are able to develop business on your own; we have a comprehensive tool kit and methodology to help you do so successfully;
The Person:
-You must have an open style of communication and good at handling different kinds of people;
-You must be genuinely interested in understanding and helping people with their career path options;

根據(jù)客戶職位需求，對候選人進行初步評估和職位推薦;
任職資格：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限，對IT行業(yè)充滿興趣者的優(yōu)先。尤其歡迎互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電子，IT，工程，通訊，英語、通信相關(guān)專業(yè)同學(xué)應(yīng)聘;
英語4級以上水平，讀寫為必須要求;
