    每年3月15日前后，質(zhì)檢部門都會集中發(fā)布一系列產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不合格的企業(yè)黑名單(black list)，提醒消費者購買的時候要多注意。有時候，在廣告上我們也會看到好些商品被列為“國家免檢“之類的產(chǎn)品，信譽和質(zhì)量似乎都很有保障的樣子，那么這些產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)登上的自然就是white list了。
