In economicterms, such movement responds to the progress of cities when meeting the demandof sizeable workforce, which in turn accelerate the realization of industrialisation,urbanisation and modernisation.
對于從農(nóng)村移居城市的年輕人來說，這增加了他們的可支配收入和提高了他們所接收的教育水平。同時還給了他們的人生開拓了更大的發(fā)展機遇。

引發(fā)城市居民和移居人們之間的沖突。
Such movement causes conflictsbetween people from two areas. Those who migrate from agricultural areas are normallyengaged in labour works that are not paid well and are very often being discriminated.
經(jīng)濟不景氣時，會造成嚴重失業(yè)，以及犯罪率的上升。
It can easily trigger unemployment. When the economy isin the downturn, cities will not be able to accommodate the large number of job-seekers,which in turn brings about security issues, i.e. the increase of crime rate.
造成城鄉(xiāng)差距拉大。
The widening gap between cities and countryside will forman unhealthy economy. The economy is made fragile when food production becomes inadequatebecause of the huge burst of people from rural to urban areas.
