    1 person for 2014 headcount.
    二、job description：
    1. preparation of monthly report based on ifrs and group controlling guideline;
    2. variance analysis on monthly result, compared with business plan and rolling forecast;
    3. support to yearly business plan and quarterly rolling forecast;
    4. coordinate inter-company business with subcompanies;
    5. other controlling relevant tasks.
    三、job requirement:
    1. bachelor degree or above, major in economics or finance related;
    2. cet-6 or above;
    3. capable of working under pressure;
    4. high responsibility;
    5. good coordination ability and communication skills;
    6. capable of solving problem independently.
