JOB TITLE: Toshoku Trading Intern
LOCATION: Shanghai
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Document work (including making contract sheet, custom clearance application, inventory report, business record, customer credit application, Food Safety related documents, etc)
2. Delivery Order (including contact with overseas suppliers, Tokyo colleagues, China local transportation company and customers)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum education: Degree from University
2. PC-literate
3. Excellent in English and Chinese
4. Effective communication skills and good team player
5. Stress resistance
6. Good organizational skills
7. Process oriented
8. Be able to work 2-3 days per week
