    4月22日20點(diǎn)30分，蘆山縣思延鄉(xiāng)通信恢復(fù)；20點(diǎn)40分，蘆山縣太平鎮(zhèn)通信恢復(fù)。
    截至23日8點(diǎn)，天全、蘆山、寶興共33鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中，天全所有鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)通信正常，蘆山9個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中還有大川鎮(zhèn)、寶盛鄉(xiāng)未恢復(fù)通信，寶興9鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)已全部恢復(fù)，其中五龍鄉(xiāng)、明禮鄉(xiāng)、永富鄉(xiāng)、隴東鎮(zhèn)通過衛(wèi)星電話恢復(fù)了對外通信。
