Responsibility: 1、Process standard item number customer quotes 2、Process standard item number customer orders 3、Process standard item number purchase orders to suppliers 4、Process project specific purchases orders for suppliers of non part numbered items 5、Monitor supplier delivery dates for outstanding purchase orders 6、Update delivery dates and email customers 7、Website order processing 8、DIFOT reporting 9、Quote activity reporting 10、Purchase order receiving 11、General parts administration duties Requirements: 1、BS, and 2 years around working experience on customer service, prefer with experience on spare parts 2、Fluent in English both on oral and written 3、Good commend of MS Office |
