Job Description:
1.Support CAPRIS Team – CAPRIS is a global database to manage sales projects and customer relations.
CAPRIS project data quality check & improvement in system – Twice a month
Confirmation of Top projects with the countries – Once a month
Assist in the preparation in CAPRIS monthly report
Creation of user access and handling of application tickets
2． Support other Database issues
Mozart or other systems training preparations – at request
AP User DB update & training records – During initial launch and periodical updates
PO handling
Requirements:
1.Senior student preferred with at least 3 days per week
2.Strong analytical and presentation skills.
3.Ability to work under pressure / time management, quick learning capability
4.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
5.Outstanding language skill in both oral and written English.
6.Experience in marketing is preferred
database組是不接觸產(chǎn)品的，基本都是跟數(shù)字打交道，是去support那些跟產(chǎn)品做展會(huì)的MKT小組的，所以Excel要熟練一些，不然工作會(huì)就有點(diǎn)痛苦。每個(gè)月月初會(huì)比較忙，因?yàn)橐獏f(xié)助兩個(gè)報(bào)告，一個(gè)就是要求里面說的capris報(bào)告，一個(gè)是最近新接過來的usage報(bào)告。其余時(shí)間還好，時(shí)間也比較自由，幫助老板完成一些MKT training的材料還要維護(hù)下系統(tǒng)之類的。
組里面有另外4個(gè)人，一個(gè)是老板，新加坡人，今年過完年就回新加坡去辦公了，估計(jì)也不會(huì)回來了，不過定期和她進(jìn)行電話和郵件溝通還是必要的~另外3個(gè)姐姐，是跟我接觸最多的，一個(gè)姐姐下個(gè)月估計(jì)要被promote了，所以應(yīng)該會(huì)同時(shí)再來一個(gè)新的正職員工~在漢高所有的吃飯時(shí)間都和他們一起度過，還是很歡樂噠。
嗯~廢話不多說了 待遇如下：
工資：本科生80RMB/天 研究生應(yīng)該是100RMB吧
工作地點(diǎn)：張江（江灣鎮(zhèn)和五角場都有班車，還是很方便噠）
午餐吃公司的中西自助餐~想拿多少盡管拿，搶的最激烈的就是水果了==定期還有各種美食節(jié)，比如最近就有西班牙美食節(jié)
還有幾個(gè)要求...
研究生優(yōu)先（老板這次特別要求的==不過不是硬性條件）
一周至少三天，能堅(jiān)持至少6個(gè)月，5月底或者6月初入職（因?yàn)樵鲁跤袌?bào)告，這樣比較方便我們交接）
