    This position reports to Senior Project Manager, working at least 3 days per week, long term, needs on-board as soon as possible.Better have medical device or project management know-how or experience.
    Project Coordinator-Intern
    I. Key duties/responsibilities:
    1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
    2. Coordinate and Participation in project Team Meetings.
    3. Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and follow up the action plan.
    4. File some project documents (hard and soft copies)
    5. Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines
    6. Maintain the SharePoint and share folder of the project

    - Familiar with MS office including project strongly
    - Familiar with PMBOK
    - Fluent in English communication, both oral and writing
