國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局24日公布近期對(duì)全國(guó)液體乳產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行抽檢的結(jié)果公告，蒙牛乳業(yè)（眉山）有限公司生產(chǎn)的一批次產(chǎn)品被檢出黃曲霉毒素M1超標(biāo)140%，黃曲霉毒素M1為已知的致癌物，具有很強(qiáng)的致癌性。
    25日凌晨1點(diǎn)，蒙牛在其發(fā)布《關(guān)于蒙牛眉山工廠產(chǎn)品抽檢的情況說(shuō)明》承認(rèn)這一檢測(cè)結(jié)果并“向全國(guó)消費(fèi)者鄭重致歉”。

    Flavacin M1 is found in food mold and can cause severe liver damage, including liver cancer. In 1998, the World Health Organization listed flavacin M1 as a Class A carcinogen.
