Customer Service intern (客戶服務(wù)部實(shí)習(xí)生):
主要工作內(nèi)容:
1.協(xié)助技術(shù)服務(wù)部門處理日常市場或技術(shù)咨詢和投訴熱線
2.與銷售、工程師等保持良好的溝通,協(xié)助處理客戶投訴
3.運(yùn)用SAP系統(tǒng),處理本部門的SAP數(shù)據(jù)
4.協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理和工程師處理日常輪胎數(shù)據(jù)和報告
5.維護(hù)公司投訴系統(tǒng)處理平臺
6.其他上級交辦的事宜
教育:
在校大學(xué)生,實(shí)習(xí)前會有半個月左右的培訓(xùn),每周可工作三到四天,(同時保證周三及周五出勤)保證至少三個月的實(shí)習(xí)期
工作要求:
英語四級及以上,口語和書寫能力良好
熟悉Microsoft Office,尤其熟悉excel(熟悉excel公式的運(yùn)用),PPT等辦公軟件
了解或者熟悉SAP操作系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先
耐心細(xì)致,情緒穩(wěn)定,溝通和學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)
有大型跨國企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
Job Description:
-Help technical service department to deal with Hotline (product inquiry or complaint)
-Input the data of tire complaint information into SAP system
-Help CS manager and engineers to deal with tire information data and report,maintain complaint handling system platform ;
Education:
- Current undergraduate(Bachelor or Master students)
-Prefer 3 - 4 days per week with immediate availability for college internal student,(with the attendence of Wednesday and Friday)
Requirements:
- Good English skills(written and spoken ability), CET-4 or above
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office ,especially in excel operation,ppt,etc.
- Pay attention to details,quick learner,prefer having intern working experience and SAP input experience
PS: Prefer 大三、研二以及已保研大四學(xué)生,prefer 女生
Working place:West Nanjing Road
