    Job Description:
    1.Assisted in various legal researches regarding daily operation and also on project basis, including contract, product quality and standard, label, customs, environmental, safety, building new manufacturing facilities, transactions among affiliated entities, etc;
    2. Translate between English and Chinese;
    3. Assisted in preparation, execution and filing of board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and other corporate governance documents;
    4. Assisted in review and draft of various contracts and other corporate documents;
    5. Corporate and legal administrative matters and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
    Requirement:
    1.LLM students, or LLB students in the last year of study;
    2.Preferably passed the National Judicial Exam;
    3.Detail oriented and good organizational skills;
    4.Proficiency of using knowledge and skills learned in school and gained through other internship experiences;
    5.Good in English and Chinese, both oral and written;
    6.Good command of computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc.);
    7.Strong work ethics;
    8.Able to work in office at least 3 days per week; preferably accept tenure no less than 6 months.
