Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB,《植物學(xué)報(bào)》英文版)是由中國科學(xué)院植物研究所和中國植物學(xué)會(huì)共同主辦，Wiley-Blackwell出版、國際發(fā)行的植物學(xué)綜合性全英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊。因工作需要，JIPB擬招聘一名全職稿件系統(tǒng)管理編輯。
一、崗位設(shè)置部門：文獻(xiàn)信息中心
二、崗位名稱：JIPB稿件系統(tǒng)管理編輯
三、崗位職級(jí)：中級(jí)(或副高級(jí))
四、崗位聘任形式：項(xiàng)目聘用(或創(chuàng)新支撐崗位)
五、崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)來稿初審并分配稿件；
2.負(fù)責(zé)Bench>Press系統(tǒng)管理；
3.聯(lián)系編委、審稿人等，完成稿件審理；
4.日常稿件處理等編輯業(yè)務(wù)。
六、招聘條件：
1.具有植物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位，以第一作者在SCI影響因子大于3的學(xué)術(shù)期 刊上發(fā)表過文章，具有分子生物學(xué)知識(shí)與技術(shù)；
2.英語通過國家英語六級(jí)或以上考試，或在國外工作2年以上，可使用英語作為有效工作語言；
3.具有較強(qiáng)的計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)際操作與通用辦公軟件使用能力；
4.具有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力；
5.非應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生應(yīng)具有北京市戶口；
6.符合植物研究所應(yīng)聘崗位的其他聘任條件。

Journal of Integrative Plant Biology Recruitment Notice: Manuscript Manager
The Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB) is a leading international plant biological journal sponsored by the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Botanical Society of China, and published by Wiley-Blackwell (www.jipb.net). We are currently looking for a Manuscript Manager to work in the Editorial Office to promote the journal in the plant science community and to facilitate communication between the Editorial Board, Reviewers, Authors, Publisher and the Editorial Office. Annual salary will depend on qualifications. The position is available from 16 January, 2012, until filled.
Main responsibilities:
1.Preliminary checking of manuscript quality and assignment of manuscripts;
2.Management of the Bench>Press manuscript processing system;
3.Communication between the Editorial Board, Reviewers, and Authors;
4.Participation in manuscript processing and other editing work.
Qualifications:
1.PhD degree in plant molecular biology-related areas with publications as the first author in SCI journals whose impact factor are more than the score of 3;
2.Good English writing skills and fluent oral English, qualification for CET 6, two or more years research experience in an English-speaking laboratory;
3.Experienced in practical and general office computer software use;
4.Good coordination and communication skills.
