    Key Responsibilities:
    - Involved in personal file tracking and management on process in improving pr
    ogram implementation and follow up and check
    - Cross function communication
    - HR data analysis
    - Assistant to Operation Team
    Required knowledge and skills:
    Core requirements:
    - Girl student with Master degree and will graduate in 2013 or 2014; Bachelor
    degree in Junior grade
    - Be familiar with OFFICE especially Excel (We will also offer relevant on-job
    training.)
    - Excellent English ability--Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing
    , CET 6
    - 2-3 days/week, last for more than 6 months
    - Relevant operation experience or HR intern experience are preferable
