    道歉信通常包括以下內(nèi)容：表示歉意;道歉的緣由;出現(xiàn)差錯的原因;提出彌補措施;請求原諒。
    道歉信的寫作策略：表示道歉——說明具體原因、提出補救辦法——再次致歉，希望得到理解。
