    Assignment Details (Goal & Objective)
    Job description (with objectives):
    - Search literature/IP of outdoor lighting application published by international and Chinese domestic organization.
    - Analysis the standards in trend prediction and detail comparison. Summarize the study finding in to a project report.
    - Assist the project team to conduct the related subjective and objective experiments; Contribute to the field test on the road lighting application.
    Job Requirement
    Academic / Professional Qualification: Master or above, in lighting/Physics/lighting perception and related areas.
    Working Experience: Master or above
    Expertise / Skills:
    - Be able to extract the useful information from literatures and standards.
    - Good English in reading and writing.
    - Good hands-on initiatives and proactive attitude towards the assigned tasks.
    Personal Attributes:
    - Proactive towards assigned tasks.
    - Good at communication.
