    4.Contact window for internal & external requests with capability to forward r
    equest to right (responsible) person
    5.Other ad-hoc assignments connected typically with the work of a (team) assis
    tant
    Requirements:
    1. University students with major of organization, management, foreign langua
    ge, etc.
    2. Willingness and security to work full time (at least 4 days/week) for at le
    ast 12 months.
    3. Excellent English both in speaking and writing, German is a plus
    4. Good experience in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    5. Be able to work in logical and structured way
    6. Quick learner
    7. Willing to take responsibility
    8. Logistic background is a plus
