IM Business analyst
    Responsibilities:
     Apply quantitative methods to interpret business information from data analysis
     Design and generate data report upon clients requests
     Support the development of business initiatives by providing quantitative business insight
     Communicate with working peers, effectively deliver key business findings
    Requirements:
     Major in Statistics/Math/Computer Science. Master (first-year) candidate preferred.
     Strong data manipulation (SQL) skills.
     Strong analytical skills. SAS or SPSS experience is a plus.
     Skilled in Microsoft Office suits, advanced skills in Excel, and PowerPoint.
     Strong oral and written communication skills in English
     Knowledge in data mining algorithms is a plus
     Ability to conceptualize complex problems and determine data-driven approaches to finding an answer
     Fast learner with good business senses, logical thinking, self-motivated, proactive and flexible to learn new things.
     Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner
