    a center measurement and management tools to meet customer requirements.
    Required Skills:
    - Excellent system programming skills in Java or C#.
    - Experienced in web application and web service
    - Knowledge in Java GUI development such as Swing, SWT.
    - Familiar with software development and software development process
    - Solid OO concept for new component design or existed component refactoring
    - Excellent and professional communication skills; good command of English
    - Knowledge in Data Center Management is a big big plus.
    - Knowledge in Art design is a big plus.
