Looking for: Intern for Business Development Division Base in: Shanghai
Job Description: –Identify target customers (locally, internationally, by industry, job title, etc.) and plan effective BD campaigns –Continuously develop sales processes to generate new leads –Maintain and enhance existing client relationships –Understand your numbers and constantly strive to improve them –Coordinate with internal Marketing team to enhance overall BD processes –Generate reports as necessary –Assist in other firm-building activities and ad hoc responsibilities
Qualifications: –Bachelors degree or above in business, economics, or related field –Sales/business development experience will be a plus –Understanding of generating sales leads through Web 2.0, networking, etc. –Ability to run an entire sales cycle, including meeting prep., and client-facing –Excellent communication; comfortable with managing upward –Self-motivated; goal-setting; a strong desire to succeed –Driven by numbers and relationships –Must be organized and professional –Must be fluent in Mandarin and possess solid English skills
