奧運(yùn)健兒在場(chǎng)上的表現(xiàn)是不是讓你熱血沸騰呢?適度的運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)身體是有大大的好處,不但有助健康、讓你看起來更年輕,還可以給你一副羨煞旁人的好身材。當(dāng)然我們沒必要像運(yùn)動(dòng)員那樣高強(qiáng)度的訓(xùn)練,但我們可以適當(dāng)?shù)膮⒓右恍敉膺\(yùn)動(dòng),比如登山、徒步旅行什么的。
1. Mountaineering 登山
A: What’s the Mountaineering Club doing this weekend?
這個(gè)周末登山俱樂部有何活動(dòng)?
B: We are going to climb a cliff on the Colorado River.
我們將攀巖科羅拉多河旁邊的一座懸崖。
A: How hard is the climb?
難度大嗎?
B: It is a very difficult climb because there are not many places to put your hands and feet.

A: What did you do last week?

B: We rappelled down the side of 300-foot cliff. It was very exciting.
