Nowadays privacy is no longer a new concept in china. But what is privacy? It’s something that we want to keep in mind as a secret, something that we don’t want to be known by public. For some people, it will be the age or the salary. For others, it will be something that is too personal or embarrassing, etc. privacy is exclusively owned by ourselves.
Since privacy involves too many private and personal things, it has become what the newspapers and magazines are eager for. Especially those social celebrities, they have always been the victims because articles about their private lives are published in the newspapers or magazines. In many occasions, we are forced to speak out privacy, for example, when you want to find a job in the market, you are required by the company to provide some private information. The long-term argue about privacy is that whether people should have privacy. Some people may think that everybody should live without privacy, which means he or she is sincere and has nothing to be hidden, from the aspect of laws, one’s privacy should be protected. our government has also issued laws related to privacy protection. As a member in civilized society, we should try to increase the public awareness of privacy. privacy is by no means something bad; it’s the necessary result of the development of our civilized society. It’s a kind of vulgar or even illegal behavior to infringe on somebody’s privacy.
I think that people not only have the right to have privacy, but also have the right to protect their privacy. In my opinion, when it comes to princess Diana, newspaper articles should be about her works of charity, instead some of her private life, the fact that Diana is going out with a sportsman is all her personal things and should not become the public focus, we do have the right to protect our privacy by laws, at the same time, we also have the responsibilities of not violating others privacy whenever your privacy is violated, you should utilize weapons of laws to protect it.
