    Square away 這里相當于finish。

    這是一個idiom，意思是：rescued from a difficult or dangerous situation just in time by something that brings the situation to a sudden end. (From the sounding of a bell marking the end of a round in a boxing match.)
    當時Serena正在步步緊逼，質問Dan，非讓他考試.大說出原因來，這時候Serena的電話響了，Dan覺得如釋重負（what a load off）。這其實又是一個雙關（pun），因為在英式英語里面give someone a ring/bell就是給某人打電話的意思。
