2007年，教育類9次/總36次（25%）；2008年上半年教育8次/總23次（約35%），平均每個月考，教育類主題一只獨秀，仍需持續(xù)關(guān)注。其它兩大主題政府功能和交通環(huán)境能源也有不俗表現(xiàn)，占所有考題的1/5。
