啡友K說對青少年的道德教育，必須以家庭教育為主。如果我們見到或者聽到青少年犯罪事件，首先會想到他們的父母。正如法國道德學(xué)家儒貝爾（1754—1824）所說的：Children have more need of models than of critics.啡友K說Joseph Joubert認(rèn)為兒童的教育中需要有人作模范之處多于有人批評。批評家只會引起兒童的反感，以身作則的長者才是兒童所需要的模范。日常生活在一起的父母正是他們的models.
    英語以to have the need of……表示“有……之必要”，是日常表現(xiàn)用詞，談?wù)摯笮栴}時都會用到。廁所沖水系統(tǒng)有問題，說得委婉一點：The toilet has the need of repairing.體制需要改變：The system has the need of changing.這個the need指的是特定的需要，英語中“如有需要”或者“如有必要”有更簡單的：If need be或者if need require.于是：If need be, change the system.啡友K說作需要解的need所指者多數(shù)是迫切的需要，因此英語中有：Need has no law.（亦作Need knows no law—為了迫切需要無顧法律也。）
