Adhesion contract 定式合同，又稱附合合同、附意合同、定不定由你的合同。

    A standard form contract prepared by one party and presented to another party， usually a consumer. These contracts are offered on a "take-it-or-leave-it" basis， providing the consumer no opportunity to negotiate the terms. For example， all the small print on the back of an airline ticket constitutes an adhesion contract because you don't even see it until after you've bought the ticket.
    定式合同是指一方采用標準格式而預先準備好的合同，另一方，通常是消費者，不能就合同的條款進行協(xié)商和談判，只能選擇定還是不定。例如，飛機票后面印的條款就可以看成是定式合同，因為你只有買了票以后，才知道這些條款。
