繼伊利奶粉汞超標事件之后，又一家乳品企業(yè)出現(xiàn)質量問題。近日有消費者在微博上爆料光明部分優(yōu)倍奶混入了清洗用堿水，隨后光明乳業(yè)在其官網(wǎng)發(fā)布解釋說明，并召回產(chǎn)品。

    An investigation conducted by the bureau Wednesday found that food-grade lye that was used to clean pipes had leaked into and contaminated a production line at one of the company's plants on Monday, a bureau spokesman said early Thursday.
    上海市質監(jiān)局發(fā)言人周四早上稱，該局周三對此事做了調查，發(fā)現(xiàn)光明乳業(yè)某廠周一進行生產(chǎn)時，不慎將用來清洗管道的食用級堿水滲入生產(chǎn)線上的牛奶中。
    上面報道中的food-grade lye就是食用級堿水，食用堿常被用作食品curing agent（固化劑）和肉類tenderizer（嫩化劑）。食用堿不同于工業(yè)用堿，后者腐蝕性極強，一般用做drain opener（下水疏通劑）和detergent（清潔劑）。
    從2008年melamine milk（三聚氰胺奶）事件開始，國內(nèi)幾大乳企頻頻爆出過質量門。從去年年底的蒙牛牛奶aflatoxin（黃曲霉毒素，一種致癌物）超標，再到近期伊利baby formula（嬰兒配方奶粉）和whey powder（乳清粉）含excessive mercury（汞超標），讓國人對國產(chǎn)乳制品的信心急速下滑。
