    改譯:他說:“當(dāng)時,經(jīng)濟(jì)確實是重頭新聞,到處亂哄哄的,回復(fù)產(chǎn)權(quán)啦,失業(yè)啦,每天我們都得寫新聞特寫和專欄。她自我介紹說,她想搞新聞。我想,‘她來的正是時候’,這樣,我就雇用她了。”

    1、(all)hell breaks (或is broken, 或is let)loose意為“大亂起來,鬧翻天”。
    2、 repossessions譯“重新占有”不明確,應(yīng)改為“恢復(fù)產(chǎn)權(quán)”。
    3、comes the hours, comes the woman,還有另一種說法,comes the hour,comes the man,意思都一樣,在這里可譯為“來的正是時候”。
