    Describe a time you taught something new to a younger person.
    You should say：
    When it happened；
    what you taught；
    who you taught it to；
    why you taught it to this person；
    and explain how you felt about it.
    思路分析：
    這篇范例以教騎自行車為例給大家一個參考。選擇自行車這項技能是因為基本每一個人都曾經(jīng)經(jīng)歷過學(xué)自行車這個過程，在描述過程中代入感會比較強。自行車的語境也方便大家加入相應(yīng)的一些話題詞匯。
    同時，在大家敘述故事的時候，如果這個故事是圍繞一個人，最好用一個英文名給這個人做一個代號，這樣的話就避免一直使用he/she…太多次，人物類的題目也同理。
    Sample answer：
    I＇d like to talk about a time when I taught my nephew to ride bikes.
    I remember it was last summer vacation， I stayed in Beijing with my big brother for some time. He＇s got a son， Josh， who had just turned 4. And my brother wanted Josh to learn how to ride a bike.
    I didn＇t have much to do that time so I suggested that I could teach him.
    At first， I took Josh to the shop to pick a bike with training wheels. Also， for health and safety reasons， I got him a helmet， a pair of kneecaps and other things for protection.
    In the following days， I was with him all the time when he tried to get the hang of riding. I showed him the right moves， as well as the basic rules which he should obey when riding on roads， like how to use the cycling path properly.
    After he had been riding with training wheels for a week， I decided that it was time to increase the challenge. That evening， I took off the training wheels and asked him to have a go. At first， I would hold the back of his bike to help him keep balance. At one point， I would let go and see how he＇s coping. It was interesting that he could keep balance for about 10 or 20 seconds， but when he found out I wasn＇t holding the bike anymore， he would lose balance and fall， almost immediately.
    In the end， it took three days for him to completely master the skill of keeping balance.
    I was really pleased， not only for him， but for the fact that it reminded me of the time when my mom taught me to ride a bike！

    Other than the basic life skills， I think the most important one is the social skill， that＇s something you would rely on to survive in the society， right？ In addition， in the workplace， occupational and marketable skills are also crucial for you to have a better career development.
