    未發(fā)生過責任事故、糾紛或大的失誤，但是診治偏差有時還是有的，特別在初入這個行業(yè)時。隨著經(jīng)驗的不斷積累、專業(yè)理論的不斷豐富，基本上很少出現(xiàn)大的偏差。
    。。。年，我剛上班半年時，，有個同事在大年三十下午值班室去理發(fā)店理發(fā)，在他離開期間，有個病人病情出現(xiàn)變化，盡管值班護士及時給予了基本處理，但是醫(yī)生接到通知趕到病房時，病人已經(jīng)死亡。家屬因此向醫(yī)院提出了巨額賠償，雖然并未通過司法程序。該醫(yī)生也因此被調離臨床轉崗。那時病人的維權意識與現(xiàn)在比不可同日而語，但是仍然給我留下了深刻影響——對醫(yī)生來說責任重于泰山。而且家屬說了句話，令我至今記憶猶新——如果醫(yī)生當時在場，無論病人出現(xiàn)任何結果，我們絕不會想到院方有任何責任。

    一方面來自醫(yī)生、醫(yī)院自身，確實存在少數(shù)醫(yī)生收受紅包、索要回扣、責任心不強、業(yè)務能力差以及醫(yī)院管理混亂等現(xiàn)象，對于醫(yī)院、醫(yī)生是一次失誤，對患者是100%傷害，甚至是致命的。因此，存在上述現(xiàn)象的醫(yī)院頻發(fā)醫(yī)療事故和引發(fā)的社會負面評價在所難免，也是可以理解的。我想，通過提升醫(yī)生素質，加強醫(yī)院管理，這種現(xiàn)象是會得到改觀的。
