為體現(xiàn)教育部留學服務中心和荷蘭埃因霍芬技術大學(Eindhoven Univerisity of Technology)對教育交流的重視和支持，拓展中國學生多種形式的留學渠道，1999年埃因霍芬技術大學向中國主要重點理工大學三十歲以下、獲得碩士學位的畢業(yè)生提供十名碩士后獎學金和四名博士學位獎學金，獎學金將以工資形式支付給學生，納稅后學生仍有2000荷蘭盾。學生學習期滿或工作期滿回國后，中心將為其某職提供與公派留學人員一視同仁的雙向選擇及落戶安置等配套服務。
