    RE: Tender of Resignation
    It is with regret that I submit this letter which will confirm my resignation as Executive Manager at (company name).
    The reason for my resignation is merely my personal problem. Since I was diagnosed with health problem, and my last medical report shows that me health performance is at the bottom line, my medical doctor has urged me to rest more and to follow up regular medical treatment.
    My last day of work will be January 20, 2007, which should allow me plenty of time to finish ongoing projects and to turn over the position to my replacement. Please feel free to contact me at any time should you have any questions regarding my past work. I hope that the transition will go smoothly for everyone.
