    when i was ten, i was suddenly confronted with the anguish of transferring to other school. i had to left my friends i had ever known. as a kid,i feel lonely when i study in a new environment without a person i had known. nobody i could talk,nobody could know when i feel lonely. the time when i couldn't sleep, i'll always miss them, then the tears filled my eyes.
    later, i became familar with the environment ,and made some friends ,which became my best friends then. they talked with me when i felt lonely, they helped me when i needed, they took care of me when i was sick. even through we were part, we still keep in touch with each other.
    in our whole lives,we'll meet too much people but only a few can be our best friends. when staying with them,we can release ourself completely. we can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. i should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

    i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
    five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
    but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
    in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
    but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
    we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
    it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
    but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
    the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
    we cannot walk alone.
    and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
    we cannot turn back.
    there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

    合規(guī)，在6個月之前，對我來說，還是個很陌生的眼。在安慶信合干校培訓(xùn)時是我第一次接觸到這個詞。那時，我也是似懂非懂的，只是依稀記得老師說，金融行業(yè)是個高風(fēng)險的行業(yè)，合規(guī)很重要的，要嚴(yán)格遵守各項制度，要能抵擋得住誘惑。
    而當(dāng)我正式入社實習(xí)時，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和前輩們的言傳身教讓我對合規(guī)有了感性上的、具體的一些了解。比如：“現(xiàn)金收入先收款后記賬，現(xiàn)金付出先記賬后付款”，“一日三碰庫”、“大額換人復(fù)核”、“離柜退屏，收章鎖箱”等等。剛開始，我認為這很麻煩，耽誤時間。我?guī)е业睦Щ髥枎煾担瑤煾嫡f，這是規(guī)定，是必經(jīng)的手續(xù)和程序。我長長的“哦”了一聲也沒再問下去。我知道，至此我對“合規(guī)”的概念依然還是懵懵懂懂的，只知其然而不知其所以然的。
    令人欣慰的是，這次恰逢總行舉辦以“合規(guī)從我做起”為主題的是演講比賽并有幸參加，這幫助我對合規(guī)文化的了解有了新的更為理性、更深層面的認知，心中的許多疑惑也頓時豁然開朗。因為，為了能寫好演講稿，逼得對“合規(guī)”知之甚少，又缺乏實踐經(jīng)驗的我，不得不去多方查閱相關(guān)書籍，上網(wǎng)了解相關(guān)介紹。
    從中我了解到，原來，所謂“合規(guī)”，根據(jù)銀監(jiān)會《商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風(fēng)險管理指引》，指的是“使金融機構(gòu)的經(jīng)營活動與法律、規(guī)則和準(zhǔn)則相一致”。簡單的說，“合規(guī)”包含著兩個層次的涵義：一是“合格”的“規(guī)”;二是大家都要“符合、遵從”這個“合格的規(guī)”。而合規(guī)文化就是在全員的主動合規(guī)和自覺的合規(guī)意識基礎(chǔ)上形成的一種企業(yè)文化。我們也常聽到“十案九違規(guī)”，金融風(fēng)暴的一些教訓(xùn)，這些都告訴我們防范金融風(fēng)險，合規(guī)風(fēng)險管理是至關(guān)重要的。合規(guī)是我們必須直面應(yīng)對和認真深思的既重要而又緊迫、既現(xiàn)實而又長遠的課題。作為支農(nóng)主力軍的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行，我們正在不斷深化改革，努力向一流金融機構(gòu)進發(fā)。那么要實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營，穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，良好的合規(guī)文化無疑是必備條件。哦，原來師傅們早已將合規(guī)的理念執(zhí)行于每筆交易中、每天的言行舉止中，根植于每天的工作習(xí)慣中了。我恍然大悟!如今這些微不足道的“習(xí)慣”也深深的感染到我，我想其中的受益是不言而喻的。

    今天我能參加這次活動，深感榮幸，也很自豪。我演講的題目是:《我驕傲,我是煙草人.》
    自我參加煙草工作以來，便深深愛上了愛上了這個行業(yè)和我們這個生機勃勃，充滿溫暖的集體。在這個集體里我所領(lǐng)略的是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的超前意識,創(chuàng)新的管理模式以及對市場的準(zhǔn)確把握,奠定了我們工作成功的基礎(chǔ),引導(dǎo)了我們事業(yè)的發(fā)展;同志們的愛崗敬業(yè),無私奉獻更催開了今天的勝利之花.在這樣的集體里，我有的只是對工作的熱情,對事業(yè)的追求。
    煙草行業(yè)的工作性質(zhì)是很特殊的，它有張有弛，閑時求秩，忙時求序;閑時練兵，忙時拼殺。今年的作風(fēng)紀(jì)律建設(shè)活動，使每一位職工在認真對待自己工作的同時，都有一種危急感，壓力感，緊迫感，在不斷進取的同時，來準(zhǔn)確定位自己，發(fā)展自己，充實自己，營造出了素質(zhì)更高形象更好的職工隊伍.充滿了凝聚力與戰(zhàn)斗力。
    我們煙葉科擔(dān)負著全縣煙葉的倉貯管理、等級純化、對外調(diào)拔以及貨款的回攏工作，我們都始終抱著一種認認真真，扎扎實實的態(tài)度來對待自己的本職工作.保管員個個吃苦耐勞，從第一車煙進廠他們就開始了每個貨位之間的度量,有的煙站小,貯量少,如果不及時調(diào)運就會影響正常收購，為了協(xié)調(diào)十七個煙站的順利收購，他們在貨位有限，倉貯條件差的現(xiàn)實面前，較盡腦汁，想盡一切辦法來增大貯存量，有時白天驗收，晚上加班外調(diào)，來解決倉貯的燃眉之急.早叫早到，晚叫晚起，已成了他們的工作準(zhǔn)則，甚至有時要放下正在吃著的飯碗，丟下熟睡的孩子，可他們從來沒有因為私事而影響煙葉的調(diào)運，幾個月下來，十幾萬擔(dān)煙葉在他們那兒進進了出，他們的工作量我們是可想而知的，可他們總是忙而有序，心細如微，對此他們從來不叫苦，不喊累。生產(chǎn)骨干更是以身作則，每天穿梭在兩個生產(chǎn)車間，不時地進行著等級指導(dǎo),生怕利益受到損失，誰也說不清他們每天要跑上多少路程，可他們總是任勞任怨，盡自己努力地使煙葉等級純度達到更高;后勤人員為了能使煙葉順利調(diào)出，總是夜里加班加點，后期，也就進入了天寒地凍的季節(jié)，只要一個調(diào)煙的電話過去，他們馬上會離開熱乎乎的被窩，迅速趕到自己的崗位.業(yè)務(wù)員們更是沒有說的，舍小家顧大家已成為他們的的家長便飯，特別是黃小林同志，去年父親重病住院，家里還有年少的孩子，當(dāng)時他正在新鄭出差，一個電話打去，他心急如焚，理應(yīng)回家照看，可晚上正是他和煙廠談判的時機，如果這一走可能會影響幾萬擔(dān)煙葉的調(diào)拔計劃，面對公司的利益，他硬是帶著對父親的愧疚，含看熱淚一句“真的回不去”就把所有責(zé)任甩給了妻子，同志們，我們可以想象當(dāng)時妻子的那種期盼、那種渴望是多么需要他能在身邊幫上一把呀。做為人子，作為人夫，作為人父的他或許是不稱職的，但做為一名煙草人，他是無愧于心的。還有張朋朋同志，近臨過年了，別人都在家準(zhǔn)備年貨，可他卻為了讓煙葉及時上站，身患心臟病的他，仍然奔波在火車站的貨運市場，幾個晝夜下來，眼睛紅了，身體累了，在昏昏沉沉中他的頭上撞了個大包，可他卻說：“只要貨能按時起運，這個大包瞌的也值了。。。。。。。。
    當(dāng)然,我們在座的每一位職工也都在不同的崗位上默默地奉獻著,為自己熱愛的煙草事業(yè)燃燒著自己的激情.俗話說:”團結(jié)就是力量,”團結(jié)才能出戰(zhàn)斗力,團結(jié)才能出好的成績,這話一點都不錯,我們就是靠這種愛崗敬業(yè),團結(jié)向上的精神,使我們的煙草事業(yè)在經(jīng)濟浪潮的今天立于不敗之地的.
    雷鋒同志曾經(jīng)說過：“如果你是一滴水，你是否滋潤了一片土地，如果你是一縷陽光，你是否照亮了一片黑暗”。他們就是這樣的一滴水,這樣的一縷陽光,在煙草行業(yè)中演繹著自己的人生,在平凡的崗位上成就了非凡的業(yè)績,這樣的集體，這樣的人,這樣的精神,每天都在凈化著我的靈魂,陶冶著我的情操,激勵著我的斗志,從他們身上我看到了煙草行業(yè)的希望,我為自己能夠工作在這樣的集體里而自豪,為自己是一名煙草人而驕傲!!!
